Returns Policy
Our shipments undergo rigorous quality check before they leave our
facilities. In case you have been sent a wrong or defective product(s),
please reach out to us at 8825478597 or at connect@neenageorge.com within
48 hours of receiving your order. If you have received a damaged/expired
product(s), we request you to return the product(s) in its original
condition with its packaging and barcode intact. Your concerns are of
prime importance to us and we shall do everything possible to resolve
them.
Refunds Policy
If you have paid via credit card/debit card/net banking, we will refund
the payment to the same account originally used at the time of the
transaction. If you have paid using a mobile wallet, the refund amount
will be credited back to the same wallet.
